If you lose your card, you have a couple of options. To replace your personalized card with another, you should contact Member Services at 1-866-313-6901. If you need to access your payroll funds quickly, you can get a new Wisely Card Packet from your manager. Then, call Member Services at 1-866-313-6901, inform them that your original card is lost, and provide the information for the instant card. After that, activate your new card at activatewisely.com.
If you want a personalized card, simply call Member Services at 1-866-313-6901 to request one. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days to receive it.
If you’re a rehire, what you need to do depends on your situation.
If you’ve never had a Wisely Card before, just get a new Wisely Card Packet from your manager, enter your information in the Pay Selection Form, and activate the card the following day at activatewisely.com.
If you’re reinstated (within 90 days), simply bring your Wisely card on your first day back and confirm your account information.
If you’re a rehire (after 90 days), get a new Wisely Card Packet from your manager, enter your information in the Pay Selection Form, and activate the card the following day at activatewisely.com. Your new card will be linked to your existing account.
If you want to switch to Direct Deposit, you need to complete a new Pay Selection Form or update it in ADP.
To update in ADP, login to ADP:
Click the “Myself” menu
Click “Payment Options”
Then edit your direct deposit fields.
In California, Idaho, Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, and Oregon, you have the option to select a paper check as your payment method. To switch, complete a new Pay Selection Form.
In the remaining states (AZ, CO, IA, IN, KY, MO, NE, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI), we encourage an environmentally friendly approach and offer no paper option.
If you desire paperless pay stubs, you’ll need to make updates in ADP.
After logging in to ADP:
Click the “Myself” menu
Click “Pay & Tax Statements”
Click “Go Paperless”
If you don’t want paperless paystubs, again, you should update your preferences in ADP.
After logging in to ADP:
Click the “Myself” menu
Click “Pay & Tax Statements”
Click “Receive Paper”
To activate your card, go to https://www.activatewisely.com or call 866.313.6901. You’ll be asked to choose a PIN (Personal Identification Number) during activation.
