Pay Range: $16.50 – $26.50

Listed wages are based on company-wide ranges. Actual earnings will vary based on factors such as: restaurant brand, experience, education, geography, applicable minimum wage, unit volume(s), hours worked & potential overtime pay.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

  • This person provides a complete food and beverage experience to guests.

 

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sets up and maintains cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, food preparation units and equipment, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare drink and simple food orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems.
  • Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
  • Service food and beverages in a friendly and engaging manner insuring complete satisfaction with the service experience
  • Remove soiled beverage and food wares from bar and tables and place in designated area.
  • Transport supplies to bar set-up area. Wash soiled glassware.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs.
  • Ensure proper service of alcohol.
  • Checks guests for proper identification, and process all payment methods.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Complete closing duties.

 

Qualification Standards

  • Strong wine and bar knowledge.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs required.
  • Flexible and reliable.
  • Team player.
  • Bends, stoops, reaches, wipes and lifts.
  • Must have sufficient mobility to move and/or operate in work area.
  • Minimum 6 months experience preferred.
